El Capitán Don Antonio Tomás, Alcalde Mayor de Jalapa, comunicó a los gobernadores indígenas de Jalapa, Coatepec, Chapultepec, Tonayán, Tlacolula, Xilotepec, Naolinco, Chiltoyac, Ixhuacán de los Reyes, Teocelo, Jalcomulco, San Pedro Chiconquiaco, Acatlán, San Juan Miahuatlán, San José Miahuatlán, Tepetlán, Coacoatzintla y San Andrés Tlanelhuayocán, la necesidad de reparar las casas reales de Jalapa, pues se encuentran muy maltratadas sus paredes y techar dichas casas de teja, por los inconvenientes que hay que estén de zacate como al presente lo estan, y todos se obligaron a cooperar, a razón de cuatro reales por tributario.
