El Capitán Nicolás Alejandro de Meza, Alcalde Mayor de la provincia de Jalapa y Jalacingo, otorga poder para cobranza a don Francisco Miguel de Campo, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, para que en su nombre reciba y cobre lo que le están debiendo; asimismo cobre a los naturales del pueblo de Tlacolula la cantidad que importan sus salarios por la diligencia que por mandato del Virrey Conde de Moctezuma se mandaron hacer en el pueblo de Tatatila, sujeto de Tlacolula, en que se mandó arreglar el Arancel Real.
