Don Laureano Fernández de Ulloa, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder especial al Licenciado Juan de Lucena, Clérigo Presbítero, Domiciliario del Obispado de Puebla, de donde es vecino, para que lo obligue como fiador y llano pagador de don Francisco Maniau y Ortega, vecino de España y residente en la Ciudad de México, en el remate de los diezmos caseros de la doctrina de Jalapa y Coatepec, celebrado a favor de dicho Maneau, a favor de la iglesia Catedral de la mencionada ciudad y de los jueces hacedores y conservadores de su cofre y masa general.
