Domingo de Oliveros, mercader, vecino de Jalapa, en nombre del Licenciados Don Antonio Moreno, Promotor Fiscal de este obispado, del Bachiller Don Juan Cortés del Aguila, presbítero, mayordomo del convento de religiosas de San Gerónimo y Colegio de Jesús María de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, y en nombre del Doctor Don Andrés Sáenz de la Peña, Arcediano de la Santa Iglesia Catedral de dicha ciudad, por el Licenciado Don Antonio de Tamariz Carmona[Carmona Tamariz], Canónigo de la Catedral de la ciudad de Valladolid, Obispado de Michoacán, dio en arrendamiento a Doña María Álvarez de Fonseca, viuda de Felipe González, arrendatario y vecino de esta jurisdicción en la Venta de la Hoya, y a su hijo Agustín González, la dicha venta y lo a ella perteneciente, por tiempo de 3 años, a partir de hoy día de la fecha, y al precio de 150 pesos de oro común anuales.
