Don Enrique Hayden, del Comercio de España, vecino de Cádiz y residente en Jalapa, como hermano mayor y heredero más inmediato y legítimo del Mayorazgo de su padre don Diego Hayden, difunto, el cual poseía en la Villa de Carrick, cuyo mayorazgo esta administrado desde la muerte de su mencionado padre por don Pierce Power, otorga poder especial a su hermano don Francisco Hayden, vecino de la Villa y Corte de Madrid, para que en su nombre tome y aprehenda la real, actual y corporal posesión de todas las casas, tierras, heredades y otros bienes pertenecientes a dicho Mayorazgo.
