Don Francisco Antonio Díaz y Herrero, del comercio de España y residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder especial a don Manuel de Nievas y la Llata, vecino de Oaxaca, para que en su representación cobre de don José Mariano de Cárdenas, Alcalde Mayor de Tepozcolula, de los bienes, albaceas, herederos, y demás que quedaron por muerte de don Juan López de las Doblas y de don Luis María Zatarain, la cantidad de 1, 725 pesos, que corresponden a escritura de riesgo que otorgaron en Cádiz el 12 de mayo de 1770, a favor de don Juan Antonio Herrero.
