Juan de Thormes, vecino y mercader de Jalapa, declara que hallándose preso el Teniente General Francisco de Sierra Hurtado, por haber soltado a unos indios de la cárcel pública, en cuyas diligencias se haya entendiendo Manuel de Esquivel, Escribano Real y Receptor del Número de la Real Audiencia, quien procedió entre otras diligencias a embargarle diferentes bienes, como tabaco fino y tabaco zacate; por la presente otorga poder especial a Manuel Martín, vecino de Jalacingo, para que en su nombre parezca ante Manuel de Esquivel a entregar depósito de 344 manojos de tabaco fino y 2, 372 manojos de tabaco zacate, que se embargaron.
