En forma de cabildo parecieron, don Mateo Pascual, Gobernador del pueblo de San Pedro Chiconquiaco, Salvador Miguel, Alcalde Primero; Miguel Antonio, Alcalde Segundo; Santiago José, Alcalde Tercero; Miguel Francisco, Alcalde Cuarto; y demás oficiales actuales de dicho pueblo, otorgan poder general a don José Ignacio de Rivera, español vecino de Naolinco, para el seguimiento y conclusión del pleito que sobre tierras tienen pendiente con los naturales de Santa María Yecuatla, en el Juzgado de la Intendencia de Veracruz, así para que en nombre de dicho su pueblo lo defienda en todos sus pleitos, causas y negocios civiles y criminales, eclesiásticos y seculares.
