El Tesorero Gaspar de los Reyes, vecino de Jalapa, se constituyó por fiador de José de Utrera y de su madre Nicolasa Pacheco, vecinos de Tlacolulan, presos en la cárcel pública de este pueblo, por querella que contra ellos pusieron Diego Pacheco Osorio y Micaela Díaz, de haberles inquietado y sacado de su casa una hija suya, lo cual no se ha probado; atento a ello, el fiador se obligó a que los susodichos estarán a derecho y pagarán lo que contra ellos se juzgare y sentenciare.
