El General Pedro Fernández de Santillán, Caballero de la Orden de Santiago, Miguel Jiménez Carralero y José Ortiz, vecinos de Jalapa, otorgan fianza a favor de Juan Bravo de Alarcón, quien salió beneficiado en el remate que se hizo de las Reales Alcabalas de esta provincia, la de San Juan de los Llanos, Teziutlán, Jalacingo, Tetela, Jonotla y partido de Papantla, para pagar la cantidad de pesos en que se le hizo el remate, con más de 1, 000 pesos que tiene ofrecidos, sin que se proceda contra el dicho Juan Bravo ni sus bienes, así renuncian a la firmeza de esta escritura y obligan sus personas y bienes.
