El Capitán Don Francisco García López, vecino de Jalapa, se constituyó por fiador del Capitán Don Jerónimo Galecio Mucio, vecino de la ciudad de Puebla de los Ángeles, quien procedió por ejecución contra la persona y bienes de Bartolomé de Oliver, vecino de Jalapa, por 465 pesos de oro común, y para que se pueda ejecutar la sentencia de remate, le dio su fianza, en tal manera, que si la dicha sentencia se apelare y por alguna de las causas de la Ley de Toledo fuere revocada en todo o en parte, el dicho Capitán Don Gerónimo Galesio Mucio, volverá y restituirá todos los pesos de oro que importare la parte revocada a referido Bartolomé de Oliver, reo ejecutado.
