Don Luis Guernigu, natural y vecino de la Villa de Rota de los Reinos de Castilla y perteneciente al Señor Duque de Arcos, hijo legítimo de don Francisco Guernigu, vivo, y de doña Juana de la Costa, difunta, de quien se hicieron inventarios de sus bienes correspondiéndole al otorgante 700 pesos y 17 reales y maravedíes, y hallándose necesitado, ha acordado con su primo don Bartolomé Voliu, que le de su legítima comprometiéndose a que otorgará un poder para que cobre la cantidad que le corresponde de la herencia de su madre. Por lo que otorga poder a doña Mariana de la Costa, mujer legítima de don Francisco Voliu, para que en nombre del otorgante cobre lo que le corresponde de herencia al otorgante.
