El Licenciado Miguel Pérez de Medina, Cura, Vicario y Juez Eclesiástico de Jalapa, dijo que para continuar con la publicación y expedición de la Santa Bula de Cruzada, el Capitán Miguel Jerónimo López de Ontanar, vecino de Jalapa, en su Apostólico y Real Tribunal de Cruzada de este Obispado y en el asiento que en esta Tesorería tiene celebrado, es preciso el afianzar por el tiempo de la segunda publicación al tesorero receptor, por lo que otorga poder especial al Capitán Miguel Jerónimo, para que en dicho tribunal lo obligue con la cantidad que importe la Santísima Bula para Jalapa, Coatepec, Ixhuacán de los Reyes, Naolinco, Tlacolulan y Misantla por el tiempo que correrá el asiento, recaudación y cobranza.
