Nicolás de Acosta y Salvador de Acosta, vecinos del pueblo de Naolinco, el Capitán Nicolás de Guevara, los Sargentos José de Acosta, Felipe de Acosta, Juan Pelayo Méndez, Ventura de Acosta y Marcos de Acosta, entre otros vecinos de ese pueblo por quienes prestan voz, otorgan poder a don Pedro de Torres y Francisco Montero, de esa vecindad y a Joaquín de Arroyta, de Jalapa, para que en sus nombres sigan y fenezcan la causa criminal que se esta siguiendo contra los negros y demás agresores del ingenio de San Miguel Almolonga, por el motín sucedido el 10 de junio de este año, en que fueron heridos gravemente Nicolás y Salvador de Acosta, así les dan poder con libre y general administración.
