Don Francisco de San Juan, natural del lugar de Arrieta de las Montañas Obispado de Santander en los Reinos de Castilla y residente en la ciudad de Valladolid en la Nueva España, hijo legítimo de don Manuel de San Juan y de la difunta doña María Antonia de San Juan, otorga su testamento donde declara que tiene compañía de una tienda con don Bernardo Foncerrada, en Valladolid, y por su industria y trabajo le señaló el tercio de ganancias. Nombra como albacea testamentaria a don José de San Martín, vecino de Jalapa y como heredero universal a su padre don Manuel de San Juan, quien vive en Valladolid.
