Don Adrián Matías de la Haya, natural de la Ciudad de Cádiz, Alcalde Mayor y Capitán de Guerra del pueblo de Jalapa, su jurisdicción y la de Jalacingo, hijo legítimo de los difuntos don Reynaldo de la Haya y doña Ana María del Monte, otorga poder para testar y nombramientos de albaceas y herederos, a la primera de las siguientes personas que tenga noticia de su fallecimiento, Antonio de Encima y José de la Calle, vecinos de este pueblo, Domingo de Villanueva y don Miguel Alonso de Ortigoza, vecinos de la Ciudad de México, Pedro de Santa María, vecino de la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, y doña Ana Jiménez Jurado esposa del otorgante, junto con don José Díaz de Guzmán vecinos de Cádiz, bajo condición de obligarse a informar a la dicha doña Ana, y por su ausencia a don José Díaz de Guzmán de todo lo que ejecuten.
