Don José Hilario Ortega, de esta vecindad, de oficio velero, dijo que por cuanto recibe diariamente el cebo que producen las reses que son muertas en el matadero del abasto público, al precio de 26 reales cada arroba, con calidad de satisfacer su importe cada mes según el convenio que a efecto tiene celebrado con don Diego Leño, regidor comisionado por el Ilustre Ayuntamiento para la dirección y manejo del citado abasto, se obliga a pagar el valor de dicho cebo. Para seguridad del principal hipoteca la casa de su morada, ubicada en Calle de Santiago de esta Villa.
