Don Miguel García Espejo, arrendatario de las Reales Alcabalas de esta jurisdicción de Jalapa, Jalacingo, San Juan de los Llanos, Tetela, Jonotla, Teziutlán, Atempa y Papantla, informa que por no poder administrar las alcabalas del partido de Coatepec e Ixhuacán de los Reyes, las cuales abarcan desde el Río de Nacastalapa e incluyen los pueblos de Coatepec, Xico, Ixhuacán, Santiago Teocelo, las lomas del río Pedernales, el pueblo de Jalcomulco y el ingenio de Pacho e incluyendo los demás ranchos, las cuales otorga en arrendamiento a don Bartolomé Salvo, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, por el periodo de 5 años, con una paga de 574 pesos por cada año.
