El Capitán Don Manuel de Olmedo, vecino de Jalapa, como apoderado de Don Diego Domínguez Muñiz, vecino de la nueva ciudad de Veracruz, y dueño del Ingenio Nuestra Señora de los Remedios, alías Pacho, solicitó a la justicia española de este pueblo, un testimonio autorizado por el presente escribano que haga fe de la escritura de venta que de dicho ingenio otorgó el Padre Juan Bautista Díaz, de la Compañía de Jesús, como apoderado del Padre Francisco de Borja y Aragón, Procurador General de las Islas Filipinas, al Lic.
