Don Juan Bañuelos Cabeza de Vaca, beneficiado del partido de Jalapa, como principal deudor, y el Capitán Don Antonio de Orduña Loyando, como su fiador, se obligaron a apagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la ciudad de la Puebla de los Angeles, y a los señores administradores del cofre de la masa general de ella, 85 pesos de oro común anuales por el diezmo del ganado mayor que se causare en la estancia nombrada San Diego, y por otro nombre Espanta Judíos, en la Jurisdicción de La Antigua Veracruz, los años que vienen de 1664, 1665 y 1666.
