Don Carlos José de Montes, hijo legítimo de los difuntos don José de Montes Robledano y doña Nicolasa de los Reyes, natural de la ciudad de Cádiz y vecino del puerto de Santa María del reino de Sevilla, realiza testamento, en el cual nombra como albaceas al Capitán don José Robledano de Cardeña y a don Pedro Parraga de Robledano, vecinos del pueblo de Jalapa, y como albaceas de su entierro a don Pedro Moreno y don Gabriel de Arteaga, en Veracruz, y al mayordomo de la Cofradía del Santísimo Sacramento del lugar en donde lo alcance la muerte, y como herederos a sus hermanos.
