Don Juan Antonio de Zavalza y don Pedro Domínguez Ballesteros, vecinos de este pueblo de Jalapa, informan que a don Domingo Díaz Mier, se le remató el abasto de carnes por el periodo de 2 años, por lo cual solicitan que el Escribano Mayor de esta Nueva España, subrogue la fianza que se le otorgó para el abasto de carnes y para realizar esta acción el dicho Domingo Díaz Mier, solicita que los señores Zavalza y Ballesteros se constituyan en sus fiadores.
