Miguel de Troya, dueño de la mitad del ingenio de San Sebastián Maxtlatlán, dijo que en virtud del auto proveído el 9 de septiembre del presente año por Don Diego Ruiz Salazar y Maldonado, Alcalde Mayor de Jalapa, recibió de Doña Ana Francisca Matamoros, una de las herederas de Doña Aldonza de Vargas, difunta, 210 pesos 6 tomines y 11 granos de oro común en reales, y otros enseres domésticos que paraban en su poder como bienes pertenecientes a José Méndez [de Alfaro], hijo de Jerónima de Vargas, difunta, otra de las herederas de la citada Aldonza de Vargas, y de Diego Méndez de Alfaro, ausente, que por ser menor y mudo, guardaba y tenía la dicha Doña Ana Francisca Matamoros.
