Don Tomás Palomino Rendón, vecino de Jalapa, y Doña Juana de Monsalve y Galindo, su legítima mujer, venden a Pedro García de Baldemora, vecino de Naolinco, una mulata blanca nombrada Micaela de San Gerónimo, criolla y soltera, que hubieron de Juan de Urquizo, vecino de la nueva ciudad de Veracruz, su fecha en este pueblo a 20 de abril de 1678. La cual tiene 25 años de edad, está libre de empeño, hipoteca y otra enajenación; sin asegurarla de ningún vicio, tacha, defecto ni enfermedad, por el precio de 200 pesos de oro común.
