Doña María Josefa Quesadas, residente en esta Villa de Xalapa, mujer legítima de don Pablo Antonio Figueroa, vecino de la Ciudad de la Veracruz, otorga poder especial a don José Torres y Codes, vecino y del comercio de dicha ciudad, para que se presente en el Real Tribunal del Consulado de dicha ciudad, en la quiebra y concurso de acreedores de su citado marido, donde deduzca los derechos que a la otorgante le correspondan por las arras y dote que llevó al matrimonio, y por lo que heredó de sus difuntos padres.
