Don José de la Peña Tejeda, religioso profeso de la Orden de San Francisco, y como Síndico del Convento de Santa Bárbara de la ciudad de los Ángeles, y los naturales de San Pedro Tonayán, San Pablo Coapan, San Andrés Acatlán y San Miguel Aguasuelos, sobre la propiedad de ciertas tierras de que tenían pleito en la Real Audiencia.
