Don Francisco Xavier de Olartegochea, vecino de la Villa de Xalapa, otorga que se obliga a pagar a los señores don Andrés Gil de la Torre y don José Ramón de Gorostiza, vecinos de la ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, la cantidad de 2, 043 pesos y 4 reales que le debe a don Nicolás García Ferres, vecino de Cádiz, cuya cantidad cubrirá el próximo mes de diciembre de este año de 1796 y para la seguridad en el pago hipoteca dos casas; una ubicada en la calle Nueva con la que hace frente al norte y del otro lado casa de Antonia Díaz de Acosta y la otra ubicada en la calle del Calvario con la que hace frente al poniente y del otro lado casa de los herederos de Pedro Alcántara.
