Don Juan Rodríguez de Tejeda y Don Pedro Pérez, vecinos de Teziutlán, se obligaron a pagar al Capitán Don Nicolás Alejandro de Meza, Alcalde Mayor de Jalapa y de Jalacingo, 267 pesos de oro común, por otros tantos que se le habían de pagar del salario procedido del tiempo que estuvo trabajando en las diligencias y averiguaciones en este pueblo, en virtud de una real provisión que trajeron los naturales de Teziutlán; los cuales pesos le darán para de hoy día de la fecha, en 12 días, puestos en el pueblo de Jalapa.
