El Capitán Don Nicolás Flores Altamirano y Doña Juana María de Ceballos y Burgos, su legítima mujer, dueños del ingenio de San Miguel Almolonga, dieron su poder cumplido a Juan Leonardo de Sevilla, Procurador del Número de la Real Audiencia de México, para que en sus nombres parezca ante el Tribunal de la Santa Inquisición, y siga la postura que dicho capitán hizo con el Comisario del Tribunal de la Inquisición en esta provincia, a las haciendas de Tenampa, La Palmilla, Trapiche de Tenampa y molino de Río Frío, con sus tierras, aguas, ganados, esclavos y aperos, que quedaron por fin y muerte del Capitán Don José de Ceballos y Burgos y de Don Claudio Teodoro de Ceballos; y siendo necesario, haga cualesquier pujas o nuevas posturas en la cantidad que le pareciere, hasta conseguir el remate de dichas haciendas. Y demás de la general hipoteca de sus bienes, obligue por especial hipoteca, la hacienda de labor nombrada San Miguel Contla, de la jurisdicción de San Salvador El Verde.
