José Antonio Pérez Romero, español, mendigo ciego, vecino del pueblo y cabecera de Santa María Teziutlán, otorga que devuelve parte de las limosnas que tomó y que no devolvió cuando en su mocedad fue Síndico de la Redención de Cautivos. Dicha devolución consta de un solar y fragmentos de una casilla ubicados en el pueblo de Teziutlán, y la hace a favor del Padre Comendador del Convento de la Merced de la ciudad de Puebla.
