El Capitán Don Fernando de Valdéz y Portugal, Alcalde Mayor de Jalapa, y Doña Isabel Tello de Lomas, su legítima mujer, hacen gracia y donación al padre Maestro Fray Nicolás de Lomas y Alavez, hermano de la susodicha, religioso de la Orden de Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes que reside en su convento de la ciudad de México, de la parte que les pudiera pertenecer de la herencia en el valor de unas casillas ubicadas en dicha ciudad, a espaldas del Convento de Regina, y linda por una parte con casas del Licenciado Juan Matías, y por otra, con casas del Convento de La Concepción, las cuales quedaron por fin y muerte del Licenciado Pedro Ruiz de Alarcón, presbítero, Capellán del Colegio de San Juan de Letrán, de quien son herederos otorgantes.
