Sebastián de Viveros, vecino de Jalapa, como albacea de Francisca de Yépez, solicitó al Capitán Don Juan Francisco de Herrera, Alcalde Mayor de Jalapa, mande sacar testimonio de una cláusula del testamento de la dicha Francisca de Yépez, en la cual dispuso que se diera la libertad a Pedro, su esclavo, de 7 u 8 meses de edad, hijo de Francisca, su esclava; cuyo testamento fue otorgado ante Sebastián de la Peña, escribano público, el año pasado de 1691.
