El Alférez Sebastián de Flores Moreno, mercader vecino de Jalapa, albacea testamentario del Capitán Juan de Thormes, y Juan Rodríguez de Tejada, vecino de la Ciudad de los Ángeles, residente en este pueblo, marido legítimo de doña Juana de los Santos y Thormes, hija natural y heredera del mencionado Capitán, otorgan que se obligan entre sí a que puestas las adiciones que sobre la hijuela de división que por herencia le toca a doña Juana, y el Teniente General Bartolomé de Castro, usando la facultad de Juez competente las remita a dos asesores letrados, para que estos en vista de los autos de esta materia sentencien a favor de aquél según derecho encuentren justo.
