Don Santiago Domínguez, vecino de España y residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder especial a su hermano don Cayetano Domínguez, vecino de la Nueva ciudad de Veracruz, para que parezca ante el Excelentísimo Señor Gobernador y Oficiales Reales de dicha ciudad y presente la Real Ejecutoria que se la ha librado del pleito que ha seguido con el Señor Fiscal de Su Majestad en su Consejo de Indias, referente a la liberación de varios efectos que se le habían comisado en dicha ciudad, los que manda Su Majestad se le devuelva y restituya a la parte legítima del otorgante toda la restante cantidad del importe en que se le valuaron y reciba la cantidad que por ella se le manda devolver.
