Doña Manuela López, doncella mayor de 25 años, y don Juan García, vecinos de Jalapa, ambos albaceas testamentarios de doña Juana Ortiz difunta, madre y abuela respectivamente, otorgan que adjudican a don Miguel Antonio de Vizcardo, del Comercio de España, una casa ubicada en la calle del Ganado con la que hace frente al oriente y del otro lado solar que fue de don Pedro José Durán, al norte con otra casilla, al poniente con solar de Antonio Choza, y al sur con casa de los herederos de don Pedro de Senande callejón en medio, la cual tiene un censo de 340 pesos a favor de la Cofradía de las Ánimas que ha reconocido don Miguel Antonio de Biscardo.
