Doña Teresa de Córdoba y Arellano, dijo que el 2 de diciembre de 1709 otorgó testamento y el 4 de este mes y año codicilio, pero con el tiempo se ha ofrecido añadir y quitar algunas cláusulas; dijo que nombró como albacea y tenedor de bienes al Bachiller Manuel del Pozo, Presbítero Domiciliario de este Obispado, cláusula que anula. Asimismo declara que le debe 550 pesos a don Antonio de Chávez, vecino de la Ciudad de Cádiz, manda se le paguen; expresa que se digan 27 misas, igualmente lo revoca. Tiene recibida cierta cantidad de pesos por concepto de venta de Ana Margarita, esclava de 8 años que vendió su marido. Nombra como albacea y tenedora de sus bienes a Bartolomé Cosío, residente en Jalapa.
