Doña Josefa Ortega, vecina de esta Villa, otorga que debe y se obliga a pagar a doña María Josefa de Herrasti y Alba, la cantidad de 421 pesos que le suplió en reales para la reedificación de su casa, misma que hipoteca a cuenta de dicha deuda; ubicada en esta Villa en la calle que llaman de la Raqueta y hace frente hacia al poniente, dicha calle en medio con la de la morada de don Pedro Pérez de Llera que fue de don Gregorio Ochoa de Amezaga, y por el fondo que lo hace al oriente hace otro frente al callejón que nombran de la Capitana, por la banda del norte linda con la casa del maestro de albañilería Juan Manuel Rodríguez, y por la del sur con otra de don José Bartolo Pérez de Llera.\t
