En Ejecución de la proveído por el Capitán Don Juan Francisco de Herrera, Alcalde Mayor de Jalapa, Sebastián de la Peña, escribano, certifica en testimonio de verdad cómo el Alférez Luis López, vecino que fue de este pueblo, le dijo había quedado por albacea de María de la O Muñoz, y en una cláusula de su testamento dejó por libre a un mulatillo nombrado Felipe de Santiago con cargo de dar 150 pesos de oro común, y que por haber recibido esta cantidad de mano de Pedro Hernández, mulato, padre del referido Felipe de Santiago, a cuyo favor tenía que otorgar recibo, el cual nunca lo hizo, y para que conste lo dicho, lo signó con su nombre.
