Francisco Pérez de Medina, vecino de Teziutlán, como principal deudor, y el Lic. Don Miguel Pérez de Medina, cura beneficiado del partido eclesiástico de Jalapa, como su fiador, se obligaron a pagar a los señores jueces de la Masa General de la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la Puebla de los Ángeles, 375 pesos de oro común, por razón de haberse rematado en el principal, los diezmos pertenecientes a la jurisdicción de Teziutlán de los años 1691, 1692 y 1693, al precio de 125 pesos anuales, en esta forma: 125 para fin de diciembre de 1692; otros 125 pesos, para fin de diciembre de 1693, y los 125 pesos restantes, para fin de diciembre de 1694.
