Don Juan de Bárcena, de este comercio y vecindad, otorga en arrendamiento a favor de don Pedro Francisco de Villa, vecino de la hacienda del Encero, el sitio de ganado mayor llamado El Coyole, con todas las tierras, pastos y abrevaderos, el arrendamiento ha de durar 6 años, al fin de cada dos años le ha de entregar 482 pesos 6 y medio reales, además del estipulado arrendamiento para satisfacerle los 965 pesos 5 reales que importó el traspaso de los enseres de la tienda de Corral Falso; incluye otras cláusulas y condiciones que se describen en la escritura.
