Doña Mariana de Campo, hija legítima de don Francisco Miguel de Campo, viuda de don Francisco Javier Yáñez Remusgo de Vera, junto con sus sobrinos, hijos legítimos y herederos de don Tomás Miguel de Campo, hermano de la otorgante, y doña Ignacia Serafina de Campo, hija y única de heredera de don Antonio de Campo, y doña Catalina de Campo, hija y heredera de don Juan Francisco de Campo, también hermano de la primera, todos de manera común, otorgan poder general a don José Antonio de Torquemada y a don Juan de Torquemada, vecinos de Jalapa, para que cobren a don Antonio García Campomanes, vecino de Naolinco, las tierras de Maxtatlán, y para que las administren, reconociendo sobre dichas tierras un censo principal de 500 pesos.
