El Capitán Antonio Vázquez Ruiz, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, ratifica la escritura hecha en México el 30 de julio de 1777 donde hipoteca su hacienda nombrada Nuestra Señora de los Remedios, alías Lucas Martín, otorgada en virtud de poder por don Baltazar de Vidaurre, Procurador de Número de la Real Audiencia, por lo que respecta a los 500 pesos que pertenecen a la ultramarina Luisa Josefa de la Fuente, quedando subsistente dicha escritura e hipoteca de la citada hacienda, entendiéndose que no causará renovación de contrato.
