Don Laureano Fernández de Ulloa, con poder especial que le confirió a don Joaquín Ildefonso de Torquemada, para cobrar los diezmos de esta Doctrina de Jalapa y Coatepec, pero habiendo fallecido Joaquín, el otorgante señala, le solicitó a don José de Torquemada, hijo de dicho difunto, le siga dejando en la cobranza de dichos diezmos, por lo que dicho Laureano otorga poder especial al Licenciado Juan de Lucena, Clérigo Presbítero de los Ángeles, para que lo obligue como fiador del Licenciado José de Torquemada, ratificando de esta manera el poder que tenía de dicho Joaquín.
