Para seguridad de esta deuda hipoteca una casa de paredes de dos viviendas, de edificio bajo, cubierta de madera y teja, ubicada en esta Villa, que hace esquina y frentes a la Calle que llaman de la Caridad y del Ganado, misma que se obliga a no vender o enajenar hasta que la deuda este pagada.
