Don Dionisio y doña Gertrudis Noriega, doncella mayor de 25 años, hermanos y vecinos de esta Villa, deben y se obligan a pagar a don Miguel Ignacio de Miranda, vecino y del comercio de la Ciudad de Veracruz, la cantidad de 1 000 pesos, en el término de 4 años, cantidad que le ha prestado sin premio alguno por hacerle bien y buena obra para la reedificación de una de sus casas, y para mayor seguridad de dicho adeudo, hipotecan 3 casas de edificio bajo, contiguas, de piedra y madera, cubiertas de tejas, situadas en la Calle de la Raqueta, por donde linda al oriente con casas de doña Ana Petra Borja, doña Juana Rita Cardeña y doña Mariana de Cardeña, al sur y poniente con casas de don Nicolás Fernández, al norte con el callejón de Quiñones y casa de don Rafael José de Facio.
