Agustín Díaz de la Cueva, vecino del pueblo de Coatepec, jurisdicción de Jalapa, hijo legítimo, albacea y heredero del difunto Cayetano Díaz de la Cueva, vendió a Pedro Quiñones, un solar con 63 varas de frente y 45 varas de fondo, contiguo al que le vendió a don Manuel Machado en cuya escritura se asentaron equivocadamente 40 varas siendo los 63 que se mencionan, el cual linda al oriente con el callejón que sube entre la casa de Cuernavaca y de dicho Machado, al norte con solares de los indios de este pueblo y al sur con la persona que le vendió a Machado, al precio 40 pesos.
