Diego Domínguez, vecino de Jalapa, natural de Sanlúcar de Barrameda, hijo legítimo de Manuel Domínguez y de Eugenia Parrilla, difuntos, estando enfermo en cama en su entero juicio, otorga su testamento, donde declara lo siguiente: debe a Matías del Monte, residente en México, cargador de la próxima flota, 800 pesos que constan en su libro; debe a su hermano Manuel Domínguez, 50 pesos más o menos; declara ser casado con Ana de San Miguel Jiménez Román, quien no trajo dote y él tenía 600 pesos. Tiene entre sus bienes la casa en que vive hecha en solar de su mujer; tiene un hijo natural de 12 a 13 años de edad, a quien le deja 100 pesos de oro común; tiene una hermana doncella en la ciudad de Sanlúcar a la que le deja también 100 pesos. Nombra como albaceas a su mujer y a su hermano Manuel Domínguez.
