Don Enrique Hayden, del Comercio de España y residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, con poder que tiene de don Liborio Clausell, del mismo Comercio de España, residente en los Reinos de Castilla, exhibió una escritura hecha en Cádiz el 2 de febrero de 1768 por la que consta haberse obligado don Fermín de Villaseñor, Corregidor provisto del Real de Minas de Bolaños en esta Nueva España, a pagar a don Liborio en este reino o a quien su poder tuviere, la cantidad de 3, 954 pesos y 3 reales que le suplió a riesgo de mar la Compañía titulada la Viuda de don Roberto Cress e Hijos. Cuya cantidad se da por entregado por lo que cancela la escritura de obligación.
