Don Juan Gómez de Estrada vecino y del comercio de Jalapa, como albacea testamentaria de don Francisco de Pando y España, otorga que hace adjudicación a doña María Antonia de Pando, sobrina del testador y mujer legítima de don Manuel Fernández de Liencres, vecina del lugar de la Selaya Valle de Carriedo Montañas y Obispado de Santander en la Península y Reino de España, de la parte de casa que fue de los padres de dicho su tío y demás bienes que por herencia de ellos le correspondan en derecho, en recompensa y remuneración de las asistencias que le suministró al padre de la cesionaria, hermano del constituyente.
