El Capitán don Pedro José Durán, Síndico de este Convento del Padre San Francisco, ubicado en este pueblo, vende a don Manuel de Torres y Morales, Teniente General de Alguacil Mayor de esta jurisdicción, una casa de paredes, cubierta de madera y tejas, con el solar que le pertenece, el cual mide 35 y media varas y 95 varas de fondo, linda al oriente con la Calle del Ganado y casa de las Ánimas que dejó Juan Rangel, al norte con solar de Juan Montero, al poniente con solar del Capitán don Manuel de Olmedo y al sur con casas de los herederos de Julián de Rivera, dicha venta la hace en la cantidad de 400 pesos de censo redimible.
